Open GardensSunday 22nd June 2008There were eleven gardens open The sun shone, and the wind blew. There were hundreds of visitors, the best attendance for some years. Details of all gardens open in England and Wales can be found in the Yellow book. We are always looking for more keen gardeners to open their gardens for the Yellow Book next year. The date for 2009 will be confirmed shortly.The new extended opening times are 1.00pm to 6.00pm, opening an hour earlier than before. The charity raises almost two million pounds for charitable causes, including Macmillan Nurses each year.
