Village Hall
Bookings and Charges
The village hall is one of the focal points of the village.
It is an attractive venue - warm, colourful, well-equipped and pleasantly furnished - for a wide variety of meetings, children's parties, family gatherings and other events. Some fifteen years ago, the Village Hall Trustees bought the buildings from the County Council Education Committee, and updated and refurbished them.
The Hall is in frequent use. Last year there were some three hundred bookings, but enquiries about new and additional lettings are always welcome! Various items of equipment are frequently hired out at reasonable rates for events elsewhere.
It is well used and can be hired by any organisation or person for a very reasonable charge.
There is now wireless internet access available in the village hall. It is secured by a password. If you require access from a your laptop when in the village hall, contact Geraint on 07831 277800 or 690302 for the details.
