Cost Per Session Non Profit Making Village Organisations £5.00 Non Profit Making Outside Organisations £12.00 Profit Making Village Organisations £20.00 Profit Making Outside Organisations by negotiation Playgroup, Children's Parties and Bookings for Other Parties £12.00 Hire of EquipmentAny combination or multiple of Chairs, Crockery, Tables, Tea Urn etc.Per Category from £ 5.00 Any combination or multiple of Barbeque, Skittles, Tug-o-War Rope etc.Per Category £15.00 Outdoor canopy / gazebo £15.00 NotesThe person making the booking for the use of the Village Hall and/or the hire of its equipment is solely and completely responsible for controlling and supervising this activity and ensuring the safety and welfare of themselves and everybody else involved. The Village Hall Management Committee is not liable for any loss or injury arising from any such booking and any breakage, damage or cleaning will charged to the person(s) making the booking All other uses of the Village Hall and its equipment must be approved and an appropriate charge agreed by the Village Hall Management Committee |
